Account credentials are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your 2ph com account or any account rights to any third party.

2ph com supports a range of payment methods available to Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via major Philippine banks such as BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card transactions may also be supported where applicable.

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on the 2ph com Platform:

• All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard. These limits may vary by payment method.

• 2ph com is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network outages.

All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees, if any, are the responsibility of the player.

2ph com may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the specific promotion terms and may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been met.

• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, collusion, or exploitation of software errors — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the 2ph com Platform:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Philippine law or regulation.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, other user accounts, or 2ph com's systems or networks.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or fraudulent activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and must be returned.
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 2ph com staff through any communication channel.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or location during registration or at any other time.
• Registering more than one account on the Platform.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities where required by law.

All content on the 2ph com Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout — is the exclusive property of 2ph com or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 2ph com.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or content on the Platform.
• Use any 2ph com trademarks, service marks, or trade names without express written permission.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorized use of 2ph com's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by 2ph com.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 2ph com, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

2ph com does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

In no event shall 2ph com's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 2ph com account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

2ph com is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines. We provide the following tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure reminders to alert them after a specified period of continuous play.

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Failure to satisfy identity verification or age verification requirements.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.

Upon termination of your account, any pending bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to any outstanding verification requirements and applicable legal holds.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to 2ph com's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines having competent jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
